Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our headquarters in Portland, Oregon where we create, formulate, and manufacture our line!  

We are proud to maintain every step of our products' journey - from sourcing to each high performing serum, each product is made with following the highest safety manufacturing standards with only the highest attention to detail and superior professional quality. 

Do you offer free shipping?
RUTE ELEMENTS offers Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes). Orders over $100 always ship for free—no promotion code needed. Free shipping is available to all U.S. territories on orders over $100. ($150 dollar threshold for Puerto Rico) FREE Standard

Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability or special promotions.

We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free shipping option, transit typically takes 1-7 business days to arrive once the order is processed and shipped out.

If we offer International Shipping to Canada. Our Canadian customers will receive free shipping with all orders $200 and over. International orders over $350 qualify for free shipping. Please see our International page for more details on International Orders.

Where is my order?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped with your tracking number. You can track your package. If your package tracking shows your package delivery confirmed. We require 48 hours to investigate the tracking confirmation. During this time, we ask you to look around your front door, mailbox, behind planters, or ask other household members if a package was delivered. if your product is still not found. We will resend a new product or refund your purchase.  You must contact us at hello@RuteElements.com

For orders placed on Saturday, your package is shipped the next business day. 

Can you ship to my P.O. box?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes using USPS Priority.

Can you ship to my country?
If we do not currently ship to your country at this time, we apologize and hope to serve you soon in the future. Please check our website for updates on where currently ship.
